We carefully selected real food ingredients for a better choice product. See why we included some of these key ingredients:

Certified Grass-Fed Non-Denatured Whey Protein Concentrate, Maple Powder, Organic Coconut Milk*, Grass-Fed Collagen, Organic Pea Protein, Organic Maple Sugar, Sea Salt, Organic Chia Seed Protein, Organic Cinnamon, Organic Stevia Leaf Extract, Organic Monk Fruit Extract
*With Tapioca Starch | CONTAINS: DAIRY

Tastes like a Sunday brunch; sweet and a little indulgent. Made with real food ingredients and four protein sources, including grass-fed, non-denatured whey from New Zealand and Ireland. No artificial sweeteners, just real maple flavor you'll actually look forward to.

Real maple sugar brings a naturally sweet, satisfying flavor to every scoop, without feeling heavy or overly sweet.

Mix 1 scoop to 8 oz of milk using a frother or shaker bottle. Because we use real food ingredients, color and flavor may naturally vary.

Our quality assurance process for our nutritional and supplement products begins with collecting, from our suppliers, Certificates of Analysis (COAs) for our ingredients. We then retest the final product blend. We share our COAs because we believe the results are worth sharing.

Frequently Asked Questions

Most powders rely on whey alone, which gives you one amino acid profile and tends to upset digestion in larger doses. We use multiple real food protein sources in smaller amounts for a fuller amino acid range that's easier on your stomach. Whey and pea support muscle, chia adds fiber, and collagen supports skin, joints, and bones.

Four real food sources, depending on the flavor: grass-fed whey, pea, chia seed, and collagen. We blend them on purpose, because no single protein covers everything. Together they give a more complete amino acid profile than one source could alone.

It's far less likely to. Most powders use only whey, and a big dose of whey alone is what bothers most people. We use four to five proteins in smaller amounts, plus non-denatured whey with no casein and very little lactose, so even whey-sensitive people tend to do well.

We use real maple powder, a dash of cinnamon, and a touch of organic maple sugar to create this breakfast-inspired protein flavor.

Reviews

Good Flavor

"This one hit's a little less than perfect but on the 'okay' side for me. The coconut flavor from the coconut milk used in the product is pretty strong. It is also worth paying attention to the sugar content if that matters to you. Where most of JI does not use sugar to sweeten, this one uses maple sugar to both flavor and sweeten. Not a ton, just worth noting!"

Prefer Maple over Pumpkin Spice

"I originally purchased both bags of Pumpkin Spice and the Maple flavor. I really like anything with P. S. once Autumn hits. But that flavor was a complete flop. It’s just sitting in my cupboard. Nothing like P. S. On the other hand the Maple is DELICOUS & so smooth. I add it into my coffee along with almond milk and it gives the right amount of autumnal flavor."

DELICIOUS

"Maple is absolutely delicious !!!!. Mixes so well in both hot and cold beverages. I feel like I'm having a bit of constipation though. It's happened to me before with protein powders. I just don't drink it everyday anymore, which is sad because it's sooooooo delicious."

— Saundra M. (4/5)

Nice maple flavor

"I like this and use it in my coffee. My only complaint is it's too sweet tasting. The maple isn't the issue because I've tried a couple other flavors too I assume it's the monk fruit."

— Cassie W. (4/5)

My new favorite!

"This protein is hands down my favorite. I’m going to have to stock up because it is seasonal. Did you eat waffle crisp cereal as a kid? This protein tastes like the milk left over after a bowl of Waffle Crisp. It’s so creamy and perfectly sweet. I was planning to make fall protein balls with this but I can’t get myself to use it for anything but my daily protein drink."

— Caitlin (5/5)

Authentic maple taste

"Delicious maple flavor that is pretty strong from the minute you open the bag and tastes wonderful mixed in with cold milk. With a double shot of espresso and the milk concoction is where this protein flavor really shines. It's in the rotation between my other JI protein powders."

— Jocie K. (5/5)

OMG!

"This stuff is amazing. The perfect fall treat after a workout. I look forward to this every day and will be buying more asap! Delicious!!"

— Courtney J. (5/5)

Marvelous Maple

"This protein powder tastes like maple syrup, without being too sweet. It’s not chalky at all, and when blended with a frother or blender, it’s so smooth."

— Marrianne M. (5/5)

Delish!

"I love this maple flavor! It’s my favorite non-chocolate choice of the protein powders. I plan to stock up on a few more bags before the season is over."

— Jill J. (5/5)

Been waiting for this to

"Been waiting for this to come back into stock, as it's apparently a "seasonal" item. I mix one scoop of this with one scoop of the Vanilla Bean Protein Powder in a morning smoothie. SO TASTY! I now have (3) bags extra on hand so that it will last me. I don't ever want to be without this flavor again!"

— Strong (5/5)

Q&A

Can I add this to my coffee?
Yes, our Protein Powder can absolutely be heated without affecting its nutritional value. Whether you're baking, cooking, or mixing it into warm dishes or beverages, the protein itself remains intact and effective. That said, if you're using one of our blends that includes chia protein, we recommend avoiding high heat like boiling or simmering. Chia can become gummy or gel-like at high temperatures, which could change the texture of your final recipe. For best results, we suggest adding the protein closer to the end of cooking or keeping the heat at a moderate level throughout.
Once opened, how long does the protein powder last for?
Great question! Most of our products have a shelf life of two years from the date of manufacture, ensuring you receive high-quality and effective formulations. However, once opened, exposure to air and moisture can significantly impact their longevity and effectiveness. Under ideal storage conditions, our products can typically last several months after opening. To maximize their shelf life, we recommend storing them in a cool, dry place, away from direct sunlight and humidity. Avoiding environments that are too warm or damp will help preserve their quality. To ensure the best experience, we also suggest using the products within a reasonable timeframe after opening.
