Discount codes are valid for one-time use only unless otherwise stated. Discount codes cannot be combined with other offers, sitewide promotions, sales, or subscription discounts. Loyalty reward codes are excluded from this restriction and may combine unless explicitly stated.

Discounts must be applied at checkout. We are unable to retroactively apply discount codes or loyalty rewards once an order has been placed. If a loyalty reward is not applied during checkout, it will remain available for future use.

Promotions have no cash value, are non-transferable, and may be modified or discontinued at any time without notice. Additional exclusions may apply.

Promotion Overview

During our limited time Subscription Sale, customers can lock in 20% off subscriptions* - based on listed MSRP*.

This discount applies for the life of the subscription* as long as the subscription remains active and unchanged.

Subscription Discount Details

• 20% off new subscriptions during the sale window

• This replaces our standard 10% subscription discount

• Discount is calculated off MSRP, not promotional or temporary site pricing

• Discount applies for the life of the subscription*

*For the life of the subscription means as long as the subscription remains active without cancellation or changes that remove the discounted items.
* Additional exclusions may apply. Certain products like bundles may be excluded from the sale

Existing Subscriptions

If you currently have a subscription with items discounted at 10%, your subscription will not automatically update to the 20% discount.

To receive the 20% subscription discount, customers must take action by editing their subscription during the sale period. This can be done by either:

• Removing existing 10% discounted items and re-adding them to the subscription during the sale
OR
• Creating a new subscription order during the sale. NOTE: If a new subscription order is created/placed, it will place that order immediately. 

Once updated, the subscription will renew at the 20% discount moving forward.

Important Subscription Terms

• The 20% discount applies only to subscription items added during the sale window.
• Items added to a subscription after the sale ends will revert to the standard subscription discount.
• If a subscription is canceled, paused beyond allowed limits, or significantly modified, the 20% discount may be removed.
• The 20% subscription discount cannot be combined with any other promotional discounts.

• Just Ingredients reserves the right to adjust product pricing and MSRP. Subscription pricing will be adjusted accordingly to maintain approximately 20% savings off MSRP.

Coupon Codes & Loyalty Rewards

• Discount codes (email, SMS, creator codes, etc.) cannot be applied to subscriptions.
• Loyalty points may be used on subscription orders and will stack with the 20% discount.
• Discounts and loyalty points cannot be applied retroactively after an order is placed.

Shipping

• Subscription orders follow standard shipping policies.
• Standard free shipping applies to U.S. orders over $125 (after discounts, before tax).
• Subscription billing and shipment frequency are determined by the customer’s selected subscription settings.

Please review your subscription carefully before confirming changes.

We can:
• Help with questions about editing or updating subscriptions

We cannot:
• Apply subscription discounts retroactively
• Add the 20% discount to subscriptions after the sale ends
• Restore the 20% discount if a qualifying subscription is canceled after the sale

Is this really 20% off for life?
Yes. The subscription reflects approximately 20% off the product MSRP for as long as the subscription remains active and eligible.

Do I need to create a brand-new subscription?
Not necessarily. You may either edit your existing subscription or create a new one — both options work as long as the items are added during the sale.

Can I use other promo codes?
No. Subscription discounts do not stack with promo codes.

Can I use loyalty points?
Yes! Loyalty points may be applied to subscription orders.

Storefront Sale Details
