Official Rules
NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A PURCHASE WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR ODDS OF WINNING.
Promotion Period
The #JIStraightenTheShelf ("Sweepstakes") begins September 9, 2026 at 12:00 a.m. Mountain Time and ends September 23, 2026 at 11:59 p.m. Mountain Time ("Promotion Period").
Eligibility
The Sweepstakes is open to legal residents of the 50 United States and Washington, D.C., who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry.
Employees of Just Ingredients, its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotional agencies, and their immediate family members or members of their household are not eligible to participate.
Void where prohibited by law.
How to Enter
During the Promotion Period, eligible participants may enter by:

Visiting a participating Target store and straightening or organizing Just Ingredients products on the store shelf.

Taking a photo of the straightened Just Ingredients products on the shelf or a photo/selfie featuring themselves using a Just Ingredients product.

Posting the photo to a public Instagram account.

Including the hashtag #JIStraightenTheShelf and tagging @just.ingredients.shop in the post.
No purchase is necessary to participate. Participants may straighten Just Ingredients products without purchasing a product.
The Instagram account must be public for the entry to be viewable and eligible.
Entries must be submitted during the Promotion Period. Automated, generated, duplicate, fraudulent, or otherwise non-compliant entries will be disqualified.
Entry Requirements
Entries must be original content created by the participant and must comply with Instagram's terms and community guidelines.
Entries may not contain:

Profanity, offensive, obscene, or inappropriate content

Content that promotes illegal activity

Content that infringes upon the rights of another person or entity

False, misleading, or deceptive claims about Just Ingredients or its products
-
Content featuring identifiable individuals other than the participant unless the participant has obtained their permission

Content that violates any applicable law, rule, or regulation
By entering, participants represent and warrant that their entry complies with these Official Rules.
Winner Selection
Ten (10) winners will be selected at random from all eligible entries received during the Promotion Period.
The odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received.
Each selected winner will receive one (1) $500 Target GiftCard, for a total of ten (10) prizes with an aggregate approximate retail value of $5,000.
Potential winners will be contacted via direct message from the official @just.ingredients.shop Instagram account and may be required to provide information necessary to verify eligibility and deliver the prize.
If a potential winner does not respond within three (3) days of notification, cannot be verified, is found to be ineligible, or otherwise fails to comply with these Official Rules, the prize may be forfeited and awarded to an alternate winner.
Prizes are non-transferable and may not be substituted or redeemed for cash, except at the Sponsor's sole discretion or where required by law.
Publicity and Use of Entries
By entering the Sweepstakes, participants grant Just Ingredients permission to repost, share, display, and otherwise use their eligible entry, including their Instagram username, image, likeness, and caption, on Just Ingredients' social media channels, website, email, advertising, and other marketing channels without additional compensation, unless prohibited by law.
Participants retain ownership of their original content.
Social Media Disclosure
Because participants are entering a sweepstakes in connection with their post, participants should clearly disclose their participation when posting. For example, participants may use #sweepstakes or a similar clear disclosure in addition to #JIStraightenTheShelf.

Instagram is not a sponsor, administrator, or endorser of this Sweepstakes and is not responsible for its administration or fulfillment.

General Conditions
Just Ingredients reserves the right to disqualify any participant who violates these Official Rules or attempts to interfere with the operation of the Sweepstakes.
Just Ingredients reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the Sweepstakes if fraud, technical failures, or other circumstances beyond its reasonable control compromise the integrity or proper functioning of the Sweepstakes.
By participating, entrants agree to be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of Just Ingredients, which are final and binding.
Privacy
Information collected in connection with the Sweepstakes will be used to administer the promotion, contact potential winners, and fulfill prizes. By entering the Sweepstakes, participants acknowledge and agree to be bound by Just Ingredients Privacy Policy. Information collected in connection with the Sweepstakes will be collected, used, and handled in accordance with the Privacy Policy.
Target GiftCards are subject to Target's applicable terms and conditions.

A PURCHASE WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING. ODDS OF WINNING DEPEND ON THE TOTAL NUMBER OF ELIGIBLE ENTRIES RECEIVED. VOID WHERE PROHIBITED BY LAW. ALL DISPUTES WILL BE RESOLVED SOLELY BY BINDING ARBITRATION AND ENTRANTS WAIVE THE ABILITY TO BRING CLAIMS IN A CLASS ACTION FORMAT.
ELIGIBILITY
The Giveaway is open only to natural persons and legal residents of the United States who are eighteen (18) years of age or older at the time of entry. Employees, officers, and directors of Just Ingredients and each of their respective parent companies, affiliated companies, subsidiaries, licensees, distributors, dealers, retailers, printers, advertising and promotion agencies, and any other entity associated with the Giveaway, and their immediate family members (spouse, parent, child, sibling, and their respective spouses, regardless of where they reside) and members of the same household (whether or not related), are not eligible to participate or win a prize. The Giveaway is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws, rules, and regulations. Void where prohibited or restricted by law, rule, or regulation.

GIVEAWAY PERIOD
The Giveaway begins on Monday, August 31, 2026 and ends on Friday, September 25, 2026 at 11:59 PM MST (“Promotion Period”).
Entries submitted before or after the Promotion Period will not be eligible.
HOW TO ENTER
During the Promotion Period, eligible participants may enter by completing all of the following:

Fill out the consumer study in its entirety.

Enter your email address at the end of the survey.
You may enter the Giveaway via the QR code by submitting your email and answering questions in the survey. No other method of entry will be accepted. Limit one (1) entry per person/email address, regardless of method of entry. Additional entries beyond the specified limit will be void.
RANDOM DRAWING; ODDS
Winner will be selected in a random drawing conducted by Just Ingredients from among all eligible entries received for the applicable event. For each giveaway (8/31/26-9/25/26), (1) winner will be selected. Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received.
WINNER SELECTION & NOTIFICATION
Potential winner will be notified via the email address provided at entry within seven (7) days following the applicable event/date. The potential winner will be notified at the email address provided at the time of entry via email. In the event that any potential winner does not respond to Prize Notification within three (3) days of the date of issuance or declines the prize for any reason, a disqualification will result, the prize will be forfeited and, at Sponsor’s sole discretion and time permitting, an alternate potential winner may be randomly selected from among all remaining eligible entries.

WAIVER OF LIABILITY/PUBLICITY RELEASE
By entering the Giveaway, each entrant agrees to (a) be bound by these Official Rules, including all entry requirements. By entering the Giveaway, each entrant gives his/her/their express permission to be contacted by Just Ingredients.

Just Ingredients reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the Giveaway if fraud, technical failures, or any other factor beyond its reasonable control impairs the integrity of the promotion.

By entering this Giveaway and participating in the consumer study, you agree that we may collect your name, email address, and information you provide about your experience with the product, including feedback. This information may be used to administer the giveaway, evaluate the study, and shared in aggregate or summary form (e.g., in marketing materials or research summaries) without identifying you personally. We do not sell your personal information. TERMS OF SERVICE; BINDING ARBITRATION; CLASS ACTION WAIVER
As a condition of entering the Giveaway, each entrant agrees to be bound by the Terms of Service found here. You further expressly agree that any dispute arising out of or relating to this Giveaway or any prize shall be resolved by binding, individual arbitration as found in the Terms of Service. You further agree to the Class Action Waiver found in Section 21(7) of the Terms of Service. Entrant waives any right to punitive, incidental, or consequential damages, and agrees that recovery is limited to actual out-of-pocket costs. These Official Rules are governed by the laws of the State of Utah.
