Refund Policy

We’re so grateful to have you as part of the Just Ingredients community 💛 We truly hope you love our products as much as we do, but we understand that sometimes circumstances change and a product may no longer be the right fit for your needs.

We accept returns on unopened and unused products within 30 days of purchase for a refund to the original form of payment or store credit, minus any applicable shipping fees. For health and safety reasons, we are unable to accept returns of opened products. If you’re trying a product for the first time, we recommend starting with sample sticks before purchasing full-size bags.

Please note that refunds and store credit apply to purchases made directly through our website only. Orders placed through retail locations are subject to the retailer’s return policy. We do not have access to retail transactions and are unable to process returns, refunds, or exchanges for purchases made through third-party retailers. For assistance with retail purchases, please bring your product and receipt back to the store of purchase, as they are best able to help you according to their return or exchange policy.



Final Sale Items

The following items are considered final sale and are not eligible for return, exchange, or refund, except where required by applicable law:

  • Products purchased at expos, health fairs, or conferences

  • Canned drinks and snack bars

  • Discontinued or clearance products

  • Gift cards

  • Digital downloads and other downloadable products

We kindly ask that you review your order carefully before completing your purchase, as all sales of these items are final.


 

Subscriptions

At checkout, you’ll have the option to save on your order by selecting a recurring subscription. This allows you to receive your favorite products automatically at the delivery frequency you choose.

You’re always in control of your subscription. You can edit, pause, or cancel anytime through your subscription portal, linked here.

  • Subscription discounts are calculated based on product MSRP unless otherwise stated.

  • Just Ingredients reserves the right to modify product pricing, MSRP, and website prices at any time.

  • Subscription pricing may be adjusted if MSRP or product pricing changes.

  • Discounted subscription pricing applies only while the subscription remains active and eligible.

  • Canceling, pausing beyond allowed limits, or materially modifying a subscription may remove promotional discounts.

  • Subscription discounts cannot be combined with other promotional codes unless explicitly stated.

  • Discounts cannot be applied retroactively.

  • Loyalty rewards may be applied where permitted and are subject to the loyalty program terms.

  • We reserve the right to correct pricing errors and adjust discounts if an error occurs.

Missing or Delayed Deliveries

If your order is marked as delivered but has not been received, please note that carriers may occasionally mark packages as delivered before they arrive. In some cases, delivery may occur up to five business days after the marked delivery date.

We recommend checking with neighbors, your mailbox, and any parcel lockers where the package may have been placed.

Please also verify that the shipping address entered at checkout is correct by reviewing your order confirmation email.

Product Arrived Damaged

If your order arrives damaged, please email us within 30 days of delivery so we can help make it right.

To ensure a quick resolution, please include photos of the damage in your email. Photos are required for claim processing and internal review.
