Feel Good Protein Mousse

Ingredients

  • 1 scoop Just Ingredients Protein Powder (Chocolate, Strawberry & Cream, or French Vanilla)
  • 1½ cups cultured cottage cheese
  • ⅓ cup full-fat canned coconut milk
  • 2–3 Tbsp raw honey or maple syrup
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • Pinch sea salt
  • 1–2 Tbsp milk (only if needed)


Directions

  1. Add cottage cheese to a blender.
  2. Blend until completely smooth.
  3. Add coconut milk.
  4. Blend again until creamy.
  5. Add protein powder, honey, vanilla or maple syrup, and salt.
  6. Blend 30–45 seconds to fully hydrate the protein.
  7. If too thick, add milk 1 T at a time until silky and spoonable.
  8. Spoon into jars.
  9. Chill 30–60 minutes to set.


Toppings

  • Chocolate: Mix 1 T cacao into base, top with fresh raspberries, walnuts and mini chocolate chips
  • Strawberries and Cream: Top with fresh strawberries, coconut flakes and slivered almonds
  • French Vanilla: Top with fresh blueberries, chopped cashews and simple mills cinnamon honey crackers
