This is like mild or mild med spicy to be honest, I am sensitive to spicy sometimes and this is just perfect. I’d say if you don’t like spicy, don’t get this one lol pretty self explanatory that it has spice in it. This is one of our all time favorites!"

"I enjoy spicy flavors, but this is just a little too spicy for me—especially in a drink. I usually mix half of this with half of the raspberry or fruit punch electrolyte powder to tone down the heat. It has a great flavor overall and excellent ingredients. I would definitely buy it again because I don't mind mixing it."

"My husband and I were intrigued by this flavor primarily because we love tropical fruit! We knew the spicy component was a bit of a gamble, but hoped it wouldn’t be overpowering… it was. Could hardly taste the fruit over the spice. It honestly didn’t help either of us feel hydrated—just left us wanting a glass of clean water to rinse it down. We love SO many different JI electrolytes but I would not recommend this one."
