Pürest Creatine™ is newer to the market and is third party tested for purity. It has consistently tested among the lowest in the global market for DCD, DHT, creatinine, and cyanide. Plus, it undergoes gentle processing for less contaminant-producing reactions.*

Creatine is a natural compound found in your muscles and brain that helps your body quickly regenerate ATP, its main energy source. Supplementing with creatine monohydrate can help support short bursts of intense effort, recovery between sets, and energy availability for mental focus and cognitive tasks.

Ketones are molecules your body produces when carbohydrate intake is low and it begins using fat for fuel instead. They are made in the liver through a process called ketosis, when stored fat is broken down and converted into ketones for energy. Ketones can be used as a fuel source for the brain, muscles, and heart. They also cross the blood-brain barrier easily and may help support more steady energy.*

BHB (beta-hydroxybutyrate) electrolyte salts elevate circulating ketones that fuel muscles and neurons—and uniquely, protect muscle from the kind of inflammation-driven breakdown that can undermine hard training and recovery.*

Betaine supports creatine synthesis in the body and may help improve creatine availability in muscle tissue. It also supports cellular hydration and strength performance.

We recommend taking Creatine Max 30–90 minutes before or after your workout. Some people prefer it before training as part of their routine, while others take it after to pair with recovery nutrition when muscles are primed for replenishment. Since creatine works by building up in your muscles over time, consistency matters more than exact timing.

I will admit drinking it

"I will admit drinking it alone isn't the best taste but it does give me energy and helps me focus. The texture is great I just heat some water up and it fully dissolves. I sometimes mix it with an electrolyte after it dissolves in the warm water and I don't taste it at all."

Taste is just so bad

"I love the regular creatine but the creatine max is so bitter I cannot stand it. I have tried adding lemon and today I even added vanilla syrup but it did not even touch the butter after taste. I was going to power through and at least finish this one package but I just don’t know that I can."

Good idea, tastes awful!!

"I’ve been taking creatine for years now and was so excited for this creatine with ketones, however, the taste is so bad that I can barely choke it down. I have never experienced such a terrible taste with any other creatine. I thought maybe it was just me so I added some to my husband’s protein shake and he almost wouldn’t drink it. I’ll finish what I bought but I will not be purchasing this again."

Ughh finally

"Creatine is finally getting its crown! This has been critical in my workout routine. I absolutely love this and have been picking it every single morning."

Angelique Q. (5/5)

This has been a game

"This has been a game changer! Love the quality of the ingredients and you can feel the difference! I recommend this for any athlete looking for great results."

Celeste L. (5/5)

WOW!!!

"I started using this creatine when I was hiking the 102 mile Cotswold way. I am a 57 year old woman and had a history of leg cramps at night especially after strenuous morning exercise and a day on my feet teaching. I don’t know if I have creatine Max to thank, but after hiking 15 miles a day, no leg cramps. It’s crazy. I’ve kept taking since arriving home and the leg cramps at night continue to be gone. AMAZING stuff. Dissolves much better than the regular creatine."

Saralee S. (5/5)

Creatine

"The flavor is okay not something I will buy again. The quality is wonderful! It feels real grainy when you drink it."

Emily C. (4/5)

JI Creatine Max is Wonderful

"I have been taking Creatine Max for almost 3 weeks. The most notable difference is I have more energy while working out and playing pickleball. So happy I tried Creatine Max."

Unexpected Side Effects

"After previously using the Creatine+ and liking it, my older teen was excited to try this different sports formulation. Unfortunately, he experienced diarrhea and nausea when he started this new formula. When he stopped taking this his symptoms resolved. He wanted to love this, but will be switching back to the Creatine+."

Kinzie L. (1/5)

Taste is rough

"I have to add a scoop of this to just a little water and a scoop of the pre-workout and drink it down in just a few sips. I’m sure it works well but I won’t be purchasing again."

Q&A

The product looks great but I do have a question, is it safe for breastfeeding? My husband said its one of most safe and clean to take it. I just want to ask from other mother's experience. Thank you
We recommend reaching out to your care provider as they have access to your medical history
I usually take 10g of Creatine when it is pure Creatine. Am I still able to take 10g of your Creatine since it has other stuff added to it?
Hi! 😊 Our Creatine contains 5 g of Pürest Creatine™ Creatine Monohydrate per serving. If your goal is to get 10 g of creatine, two servings would provide that amount. Just keep in mind that two servings will also double the other ingredients in the formula, including goBHB®, betaine, calcium, and magnesium. If you have any questions about whether that amount is appropriate for your individual needs, we recommend checking with your healthcare provider. Let us know if there's anything else we can help with! 💛
How young can you start taking creatine max? Is this something young athletes can take?
We always recommend reaching out to your child's care provider and asking them as they have access to their personal medical history.
Is this item suitable for vegetarians and vegans?
Yes!
Would this supplement help with postpartum recovery and sleep deprevation?
Great question! Creatine Max may help support energy, muscle recovery, and cognitive function, which can be beneficial during the postpartum period. Some research suggests creatine may help lessen the mental effects of sleep deprivation, but it hasn't been specifically proven to improve postpartum recovery. If you're breastfeeding or recently gave birth, it's best to check with your healthcare provider before using it.
