The Just Ingredients Difference

Support for Those Who Don't Get Enough Fiber

Different fibers have distinct roles, which is why we blend four functional sources to support gut and digestive wellness. Many Americans fall well short of the recommended fiber daily intake, averaging around 10–15g per day, about half of what’s needed. For instance, the USDA recommends 25 g per day for women (up to age 50) and 38 g/day for men (up to age 50), with slightly lower targets for older adults. This blend helps you close that gap.

4 Insoluble and Soluble Fibers

Our formula delivers both fiber types for a balanced digestive effect. Soluble fibers ferment in the gut, nourishing beneficial bacteria and supporting digestion, while insoluble fibers add bulk and support regularity.

Gut-Supporting Prebiotics

We include prebiotic fibers, fructooligosaccharides, inulin, and hydrolyzed guar fiber, that feed beneficial gut bacteria, helping to support a balanced microbiome. This kind of functional support goes beyond traditional fiber.

FAQ's

Have more questions? Let us know!

Some traditional fiber powders can begin to clump over time. We have not found this to be the case with our fiber powder. It mixes smoothly when added to water or your favorite beverage.

For some people, a full serving works just fine. However, if your gut is not used to higher amounts of fiber, you may experience some stomach discomfort. If that happens, we recommend starting with one-third to one-half of a serving and consuming it with food. You can gradually increase to a full serving as your body adjusts.
