Lemon Lime Performance Electrolytes support hydration during high intensity activity—for days that you sweat more! 2:1 sodium to potassium ratio.

Lemon Lime is refreshing and zesty, featuring the citrus flavors of lemon and lime. Because we use real organic fruit, the flavor may vary slightly from batch to batch.

Add one scoop of electrolytes with 14 oz water into a shaker bottle and shake. Or add 1 scoop of electrolytes with 14 oz of water into a glass and stir. Take before, during, or after exercise or exposure to high temperatures, or as needed.

Our quality assurance process for our nutritional and supplement products begins with collecting, from our suppliers, Certificates of Analysis (COAs) for our ingredients. We then retest the final product blend. We share our COAs because we believe the results are worth sharing.

Just What You Deserve. No Nonsense.

Frequently Asked Questions

The main difference comes down to sodium levels and intended use. Performance Electrolytes are designed for higher sweat loss, with 600 mg of sodium to help replenish what's lost during intense workouts, endurance training, or hot conditions. Everyday Electrolytes contain 100 mg of sodium and are formulated for daily hydration, with a balanced potassium-to-sodium ratio to support daily use for the whole family. In short: Performance Electrolytes are best for heavy sweating and longer workouts, while Everyday Electrolytes are ideal for general, day-to-day hydration.

Our Performance Electrolytes are made with real fruit and contain no artificial flavors, sweeteners, or colors, and no added sugar. We skip synthetic emulsifiers, gums, anti-caking agents, and unnecessary fillers—focusing instead on a simple, transparent formula. They're also third-party tested, gluten-free, and non-GMO, so you can feel good about what's inside while supporting your hydration during intense training.*

Because they contain more sodium, Performance Electrolytes have a naturally saltier taste than our Everyday Electrolytes. This higher sodium level helps replenish what's lost through sweat during intense activity.* We recommend mixing one scoop with 12–14 oz of water, but you can add more water to adjust the flavor to your preference.

Yes, we third-party test our products and source from high-quality suppliers to meet our safety and quality standards.

Reviews

Undecided

"I have been using another brand of electrolyte powder that I think is great but wanted to give this one a try. While I like the ingredients, sodium content, etc. I did not like the flavor. The Lemon-Lime flavor had an aftertaste, but I am willing to try another flavor to see if its different since I love the Just Ingredients Protein Powder. Maybe its just me!"

— Beth B. (3/5)

Too salty?

"My son loves it and says he can't really tell a difference in the taste from the normal lemon lime electrolytes. My daughter on the other hand said it tastes like the ocean. I didn't even tell her it was different and she told me there was something wrong with it. My son drinks it after Cross Country and it has worked really good for him to get rehydrated and givibg him some energy back to finish the day."

— Jess P. (4/5)

Tastes Great

"I love the taste and the fact that you can easily adjust the amount since it isn't an individual packet. Does take a bit of work to get it dissolved, but the ingredients and flavor make up for it."

— Jamie L. (5/5)

This flavor is a little

"This flavor is a little salty, but still good. I only take it when I'm exercising outside in the heat, or I will blend half a scoop of this one with a half a scoop of their regular electrolyte options. It goes well with either the lemon lime or the strawberry limeade. I would buy again, but if you're looking for a sweeter, less salty option I would buy their regular electrolytes and not the performance."

— Loree M. (4/5)

So far this has been

"So far this has been our favorite flavor. My kids are all athletes and need supplements with clean ingredients that work."

What kind of salt is in all your electrolytes? Is it table salt (bad- bleached and no minerals and causes high blood pressure) or is it from Celtic salt or sea salt (best- has minerals and good for the body and does not cause high blood pressure) Thank you!
