We don’t use artificial flavors, colors, or sweeteners. Our electrolytes are made with real fruit and thoughtfully chosen ingredients to support hydration.
While high-sodium electrolytes can be beneficial for high-performing athletes or those working in the sun all day, high levels of sodium are unnecessary for most people.
Because we use real juice powder to flavor our drink mixes, we include a small amount of starch powder to convert the juices into powder form and prevent clumping in the packaging. Unlike many companies that use the general term 'Natural Flavors' to label their fruit flavorings without disclosing specific ingredients, we are transparent about our formulation. It's worth noting that part of these natural flavorings also includes a starch component. Some companies rely on fruit powders that contain corn maltodextrin as their starch, which is derived from a genetically modified (GMO) crop. We took the extra step to source custom-made fruit powders from an ingredient manufacturer that uses rice starch or tapioca starch from the cassava root as a better choice alternative.

"I really wanted to love these electrolytes. I purchased the Rocket Berry flavor, and the taste is actually very good. Unfortunately, I had trouble getting the powder to dissolve. My handheld mixer wouldn't break up the clumps, so I ended up using a spoon to mash them against the side of the glass before they would mix in. If the mixing issue could be improved, I would definitely buy them again because I really enjoyed the flavor."
