Electrolytes made with real fruit. Strawberry Limeade Electrolytes are made with five key electrolytes and include a 3:1 potassium to sodium ratio, so you can enjoy balanced hydration without worrying about excessive sodium. Plus, no added sugar, natural or artificial flavors, or other unnecessary fillers.

Strawberry Limeade Electrolytes combine the bright and juicy flavors of ripe strawberries with the zesty kick of tangy lime. It strikes a perfect balance between sweet and tangy, with the natural sweetness of strawberries harmonizing beautifully with the refreshing tartness of lime.

Add one scoop of electrolytes with 14 oz water into a shaker bottle and shake. Or add 1 scoop of electrolytes with 14 oz of water into a glass and stir.

Reviews

Favorite flavor

"I LOVE this electrolyte drink! Great ingredients, great flavor. My favorite is mixing a regular serving then adding a lime Spindrift. Seriously the best pick me up in the afternoon and I still feel like I’m getting a treat without any of the negatives!"

— Kirby K. (5/5)

Daily!

"Daily fav in our house! Such a great bright summer flavor"

— Kaylee R. (5/5)

The flavor is great, but

"The flavor is great, but similar to all of their electrolyte flavors, it's very sweet. We usually double the amount of water that it recommends with each one scoop and that seems to solve the problem. It's also good to know if you try different flavors the scooper in each bag will be different sizes based on the flavor."

— Loree M. (4/5)

Flavorful

"Flavorful and fun, even a bright pop of color! I love this flavor and I love how good I feel after drinking it. It makes drinking enough water in the day so much easier. These will be gone in a flash!"

— Kayla (5/5)

— Williams (5/5)

My favorite flavor!

"My favorite flavor! I use electrolytes for everyday hydration and it feels like a sweet treat mixing this with my water! It hits the spot. I mix 1-2 scoops in a 24-40oz bottle and it’s the perfect amount of flavor. Not a hint, not too overpowering."

— Melissa R. (5/5)

So Good!

"This is hands down, the best electrolyte powder I have ever tried! The flavor is very unique as well, and I love having it in the summer:)"

— Lauren V. (5/5)

Really good tasting

"I’ve tried to quite a few electrolytes, and this is definitely one of my top favorites as far as taste and quality. Both me and my husband really like the flavor of this one mixed with the energizing brain boost one."

— Kelley M. (5/5)

Amazingly good and so helpful

"The Electrolytes have saved me. I was experiencing pretty severe leg cramps and the electrolytes have truly helped. That, and it's a great add in to my water that helps me drink more water every day. High recommend!"

— Stephenie C. (5/5)

Q&A

How many mg of sodium do your electrolytes have.
Great question! Our Electrolytes have 100mg of sodium!
Do you know if your electrolytes will break my fast? Can I take them if I’m trying to stay in a fasted state?
We recommend drinking them if your primary goal is hydration, mineral support, or preventing fatigue while fasting (e.g. for workouts or hot climates) Especially useful if you're doing extended fasting (24+ hours) or are prone to electrolyte imbalances We recommend you avoid drinking them if your goal is pure autophagy, zero insulin response, or digestive rest During early fasting windows (e.g. 12–16 hours into IF), when you want to remain metabolically "clean"
Is there an age restriction or recommended age? Is it safe to children?
Thanks for reaching out! Just Ingredients electrolytes are considered safe for kids! It is comparable to giving your kids Gatorade, but without the artificial flavors, colors, and sugars! This is a much better option to keep kids hydrated!
How many servings can you safely have in a day?
Thank you for reaching out! Our electrolytes are formulated for daily use, and for most people, we generally recommend 1–2 servings per day, depending on individual needs and lifestyle. While some may choose to take more, 1–2 servings are typically enough to support daily hydration and balance. Electrolytes are essential for nearly every cell in the body. Although we do get some through food, supplementation can be especially helpful during exercise, heat, or stress to maintain proper balance. Our formula features a unique 1:3 sodium-to-potassium ratio, unlike the more common 2:1 ratio found in many blends. Here's why: Potassium helps draw water into cells, keeping them hydrated. Sodium pulls water out of cells. By including more potassium, our formula supports better cellular hydration and overall electrolyte balance. The body typically filters out excess electrolytes well when taken in appropriate amounts. However, if you have specific health conditions or dietary concerns, we recommend consulting your healthcare provider to personalize your intake. Please don’t hesitate to reach out if you have any other questions—we’re always happy to help!
Does your electrolytes contain caffeine? If so how much? Thank you!
Our electrolytes do not contain caffeine- We make sure to list all of the ingredients on the back so you know exactly what you're drinking.
