Love, love, love!

"This beverage is amazing. It tastes awesome, and it truly does what it says. I feel so much more relaxed and fall asleep so much easier the nights I drink this. Love that you only mix it in 8oz of water - no one wants extra bathroom trips in the night! I’d love to see more flavors available - but in the meantime, I LOVE this one."

Q&A

What if I don’t feel anything with the 1 scoop, is it okay to have 2 servings to see if the relaxation and rest occur then?
We recommend taking one scoop and making sure you are doing things to allow you body to slow down and relax. You can reach out to your doctor to see if they feel it would be ok for you personally.
Can you take the nighttime relax and the magnesium supplement? Or should it be one or the other?
Thank you for reaching out with your question! If you're taking the Magnesium capsules as well, just one is usually enough to pair with the drink. We strongly recommend reaching out to your healthcare provider for your specific needs.
Does it have caffeine in it? L-Theanine is from green tea leaves, and that has caffeine, so does this product? I'm very sensitive to caffeine in all forms.
L-Theanine does not contain any caffeine. It is an amino acid found in the plants that may help support relaxation by influencing alpha waves in the brain.
why is it suggested to be added to cold water rather than warm?
This night time drink is best consumed in cold or ice cold water. It's not meant to be a warm wind down drink, but rather a sweet tooth satisfying drink the whole family can enjoy.
Can you drink the nighttime relax and take a magnesium capsules together?
Thanks for your question! Yes, our Nighttime Relax drink can be taken alongside magnesium. In fact, they can work well together to support relaxation and restful sleep. If you’re taking both at the same time, you might consider reducing your magnesium to just one capsule, as the Relax drink also contains ingredients that promote calm and rest. As always, if you have any health conditions or are taking medications, we recommend checking with your healthcare provider first.
