Blue Pineapple Sorbet

Ingredients

  • 1 scoop Just Ingredients Blue Hawaiian Electrolytes 
  • 1 1/2 cups frozen pineapple  
  • 1/3 cup coconut water or filtered water 
  • 1/3 cup coconut milk
  • 1/4 tsp coconut extract (optional)

Directions

  1. Blend all ingredients in a high-powered blender until smooth.
  2. Pour into a Ninja Creami pint container and freeze for 24 hours.
  3. Once frozen, place the pint into the outer Ninja Creami bowl and process using the Sorbet setting.
  4. Make a small well in the center and add 2 T coconut water or coconut milk. Process again using the Re-Spin setting until smooth and creamy.
  5. Serve immediately.
