Pineapple Coconut Cream Soft Serve Ice Cream

Ingredients

  • 1 cup coconut milk
  • ½ cup coconut cream
  • ½ cup chopped pineapple
  • 1 scoop JI Tropical Paradise Protein Powder
  • ½ tsp vanilla extract

Directions

  1. Add the coconut milk, coconut cream, pineapple, protein powder, and vanilla extract to a blender. Blend until smooth.
  2. Pour the mixture into a Ninja Creami pint container and freeze for 24+ hours.
  3. Process on the Ice Cream setting.
  4. Add 1 T coconut cream or coconut milk and run the Respin cycle.
  5. If desired, add toasted coconut or crushed pineapple and process using the Mix-In setting.
  6. Top with toasted coconut and serve immediately.
