Sea Salt Double Chocolate Pretzel Ice Cream

Ingredients

  • 1 scoop JI Double Chocolate Protein Powder
  • ¾ cup milk of choice
  • ¼ cup yogurt
  • 2 tsp cocoa powder
  • 1 T maple syrup
  • ½ tsp vanilla extract


Directions

  1. Add the protein powder, milk, yogurt, cocoa powder, maple syrup, and vanilla extract to a Ninja Creami pint container. Using a frother, mix until smooth and fully combined.
  2. Freeze for 24 hours.
  3. Process on the Ice Cream setting.
  4. Add 2 T of cream and run the Respin cycle.
  5. Use a spoon to create a hole down the center of the ice cream. Add the crushed pretzels and dark chocolate chips.
  6. Process using the Mix-In setting.
  7. Transfer to a bowl and finish with a pinch of flaky sea salt before serving.
