Add the protein powder, milk, yogurt, cocoa powder, maple syrup, and vanilla extract to a Ninja Creami pint container. Using a frother, mix until smooth and fully combined.
Freeze for 24 hours.
Process on the Ice Cream setting.
Add 2 T of cream and run the Respin cycle.
Use a spoon to create a hole down the center of the ice cream. Add the crushed pretzels and dark chocolate chips.
Process using the Mix-In setting.
Transfer to a bowl and finish with a pinch of flaky sea salt before serving.
