1 pound frozen strawberries
1 lemon juiced
2 scoops sweet strawberry electrolytes
1. Mix everything together in a food processor or high powdered blender and blend until smooth. Tamp down to allow the blades to continually cream the mixture. Continue blending and tamping until a creamy sorbet consistency forms.
2. Scoop into an ice cream serving bowl and enjoy immediately!
