Refund policy

We’re so grateful to have you as part of the Just Ingredients community 💛 We truly hope you love our products as much as we do, but we understand that sometimes circumstances change and a product may no longer be the right fit for your needs.


We accept returns on unopened and unused products within 30 days of purchase for a refund to the original form of payment or store credit, minus any applicable shipping fees. For health and safety reasons, we are unable to accept returns of opened products. If you’re trying a product for the first time, we recommend starting with sample sticks before purchasing full-size bags.


Please note that refunds and store credit apply to purchases made directly through our website only. Orders placed through retail locations are subject to the retailer’s return policy. We do not have access to retail transactions and are unable to process returns, refunds, or exchanges for purchases made through third-party retailers. For assistance with retail purchases, please bring your product and receipt back to the store of purchase, as they are best able to help you according to their return or exchange policy.

Final Sale Items

The following items are considered final sale and are not eligible for return, exchange, or refund, except where required by applicable law:

  • Products purchased at expos, health fairs, or conferences

  • Canned drinks and snack bars

  • Discontinued or clearance products

  • Gift cards

  • Digital downloads and other downloadable products

We kindly ask that you review your order carefully before completing your purchase, as all sales of these items are final.


Digital Downloads:
Digital downloads cannot be refunded or exchanged.


Gift Cards:
Gift cards cannot be refunded.

Discount Codes:
Discount codes cannot be combined with other offers, sales, discounts, or subscription orders. If you forget to apply a redeemed loyalty reward during a busy sale, we may not be able to apply it retroactively. However, your unused reward will be available for your next purchase.

Refunds for Orders Placed Through Facebook or Instagram:
Orders placed through Facebook or Instagram are not eligible for partial refunds due to limitations between Meta and Shopify. In such cases, we may offer store credit of the same value instead.

Lost or Stolen Packages:
If your package is lost or stolen, please file a claim with the carrier listed in your shipping notification:
Sometimes packages may be misdelivered or marked as delivered before they’ve arrived. Once a package has shipped, Just Ingredients is unable to assist further. Please contact the shipping carrier directly for any delivery issues.

Discontinued Products:
All discontinued products are considered final sale and are not eligible for return, exchange, or refund. Please review your order carefully before completing your purchase.
