- Is it okay to open up the capsule and mix the powder in a shake. The caples are a bit large
- All of our supplements can be opened and added to your preferred food or drink, with the exception of the Omega-3 Fish Oil and Probiotic Complex Capsules. The Probiotic Complex is in a special “extended-release” capsule designed to withstand stomach acid, ensuring that the pre/pro/postbiotics reach the gut effectively. It’s best to keep this one in its capsule if possible.
- Can the Ashwagandha Capsules be taken daily in addition to the Adrenal Complex for more anxiety support?

We don’t recommend taking both the Ashwagandha Capsules and the Adrenal Complex together, as each contains 600mg of Ashwagandha—which is generally the maximum daily recommended amount. If you're looking for broader support, the Adrenal Complex may be the better option, as it also includes additional adaptogens like Rhodiola and Ginseng, plus Phosphatidyl Serine to support brain health and stress response.
- I have hypothyroidism and take levothyroxine . I heard ashwaganda helps with thyroid function. Will I have a negative reaction taking it along with my medicine?
