You should take berberine if you want to promote healthy weight, to regulate blood sugar.

Take 15-30 minutes before a meal. Take up to two capsules daily (at two separate meal times). If taking one capsule, take 15-20 minutes before your biggest meal.

They can be taken together. But we recommend referring to your health care provider before adding in new supplements, especially if you are pregnant or breastfeeding.

Each container includes 30 servings. The recommended serving size is 1-2 capsules daily.

We do not recommend taking berberine while pregnant. Consult with your doctor about using it while you are breastfeeding.

Can this be taken with the glutathione complex or should it be one or the other?

I have had colon cancer 13 years prior and have troubles with loose stool and diarrhea. Is this supplement helpful or would it make things worse. I am trying to lose weight as I also struggle with small bowel obstructions from time to time.
Digestive Enzyme Blend contains enzymes like protease, lipase, amylase, lactase, alpha‑galactosidase, plus bromelain and papain from pineapple and papaya. Bromelain and papain may thin the blood and could interact with medications or affect healing. These enzymes are of particular concern in individuals with blood‑related or immune conditions. How long can you take this supplement for?
Hi there! It's completely up to you and your physician but a general recommendation is take for up to 3–6 months if you tolerate it well. Follow a cycle of ~8 weeks on, then 2–4 weeks off.
