- Yes, you can open the Whole Food Vitamin C capsules and consume them in a format of your choosing. At this time, all of our supplements are capsules.
- Do your supplements contain magnesium stearate?
- None of our products currently use magnesium stearate. That is typically found more in beauty products and our only beauty product with magnesium is our deodorant, which uses magnesium oxide.
