"I really tried to like this - but from the first sip, I felt like I was drinking grape flavored seawater. The fruit taste was awesome, but the salt. . . . I couldn't get past it. I threw the rest of the bag away after I finished my first and only serving. I'm sad because I'd heard great things about this product. It's just not for me."
"Now one thing I can say about the mix is the flavor is actually pretty decent and I don’t have a hard time drinking it. After having run a few long distance trail runs and the Speedgoat 50k here are some things I noticed. I had to offset the lack of carbs in this drink with other forms of nutrition which for one isn’t as easy as drinking and two can lead to GI issues. Another improvement is the need for individual packets. I had to pack the servings I needed in a ziplock bag which was extremely difficult to handle while running which made my hands all sticky from the mess. Lastly it seems after drinking a mix I need to offset with significant amounts of water due to the high sodium content."
