The time you take omega 3's doesn't significantly impact its effectiveness, but many find it easy to take it as part of their morning routine.

They are encapsulated so if you swallow them with a drink you will likely experience no fishy aftertaste. We also add organic lemon oil to further eliminate any fishy aftertaste and "fish burps."

Also, a strong fishy taste can indicate rancid or low-quality oils, so that should never be a problem thanks to our quality control!

Does it contain shellfish? I have an allergy.
Our supplements do not contain shellfish or shrimp. However, they are produced in a facility that may handle other supplements containing shellfish-derived ingredients, such as glucosamine. The facility follows strict protocols to prevent cross-contamination. Each step of production, weighing, blending, dosing, and packaging, is conducted in its own fully enclosed room with physical barriers and scheduling controls to keep products separate. Equipment and rooms are thoroughly cleaned, verified, and cleared after every production run before a new product is introduced.​ We'd always recommend consulting with your doctor before taking any supplement produced in a shared facility.
Are your onegas in the triglyceride form or ethyl ester form?

Can you tell me if your Omega -3 is re-esterified?
We use re-esterified triglyceride (rTG) form because it’s more easily absorbed by the body! ​ This form closely mimics the natural structure of fats found in whole foods, which helps improve bioavailability—meaning your body can absorb and utilize the omega-3s more efficiently compared to other forms like ethyl esters.
How much of each DHA and EPA is there? What type of fish does this come from?
Our Omega-3 Complex is sourced from wild-caught fish from the Peruvian Sea! There is 650 mg of EPA and 450 mg of DHA per serving!
Is it cold-pressed?
Cold pressing is a process typically associated with extracting oils from seeds or plants (such as flaxseed or olive oil). Since our Omega-3 is sourced from fish oil, it is not produced using a cold-press extraction method. Instead, the fish oil is purified and processed to help ensure quality, potency, and the removal of contaminants, while maintaining the integrity of the omega-3 fatty acids.
