Blend
Combine ice, water or beverage of choice, and 1 scoop of protein powder. Blend until well combined.

"I’m a huge fan of Just Ingredients products. I ordered this protein powder for a colonoscopy prep. Come to find out, it is nowhere near clear and could not be used during the colonoscopy prep. Unfortunately, I didn’t mix it up and find out it isn’t clear until during the prep. So my husband was left with nothing to help his hunger during the prep. I’m extremely disappointed in Just Ingredients for trying to pass this off as a clear protein."

"As a kid I LOVED Orange Julius, but as an adult it always tasted chemically to me. I no longer got the satisfaction of the orange cream yumminess I remember from childhood.
