Because Endurance Drink contains a blend of slow-, medium-, and fast-acting carbs, you can take it before your workout, and the carbs will release at different points to support sustained energy. Some athletes also prefer sipping throughout for steady energy and hydration. For longer endurance efforts like marathons, Ironman races, or extended training sessions, using it throughout may help provide more consistent fueling support.
The Endurance Drink is designed to be taken before and during your workout. Because there is a blend of fast- and slow-digesting carbs, they will release at different rates to support you throughout your workout. You can start taking this 30 minutes before your workout and continue sipping throughout.
Ketones are an alternative fuel source your body can use for energy, especially when carbohydrate availability is low. Beta-hydroxybutyrate (BHB) is the primary ketone found in the bloodstream. It’s naturally produced by the liver from fatty acids, and can also be consumed directly through supplementation. In our Endurance Drink, BHB is delivered as calcium and magnesium salts to help support energy and performance.*
Ketones are a standout feature in our Endurance Drink—something you won’t find in most standard formulas. In a rigorous human study of well-trained cyclists, combining ketones with carbohydrates led to significantly greater distance covered in a 30-minute effort compared to carbohydrates alone. By providing an additional fuel source alongside carbs, ketones help support sustained energy, endurance performance, mental clarity, and post-exercise recovery.*
Many carb powders just contain fast-burning sugars. Ours is a blend of fast, medium, and slow-acting carbs that help provide energy at different points of your workout and added ketones as an alternate fuel system.
This formula is designed with a blend of fast-, medium-, and slow-digesting carbs to provide steady fuel during exercise, which may be easier to tolerate for some athletes compared to higher, single-source carb formulas.
Those training for longer workouts or endurance events—typically lasting 2+ hours—will need steady fuel and hydration support throughout their session. With 35g carbs per serving, it’s an ideal high carb drink mix for long bike races, marathons, and other endurance sports.
Yes, we use real fruit for flavor and avoid synthetic emulsifiers, gums, anti-caking agents, artificial flavors, and unnecessary fillers, so you may notice some natural settling or clumping while mixing. That's normal.
Start with about 1 oz of warm water, then add your scoop of Endurance Drink. Use a frother or small whisk to break up the powder. Once it’s smooth, add the remaining water and ice, then shake or stir again. This method helps reduce natural settling and makes it easier to get a more consistent texture.

"Got this for a tournament. It was great between games and helped keep energy and performance up. Love that there aren’t any artificial or “natural” flavors in it. My bf really liked the flavor and looked forward to his between game treat!"
"Taste is delicious and tastes like real peach. It is pretty chunky so you need a shaker bottle or blender to mix it up really well. I’ve only ran 1 long run (15miles) while supplementing with this but it did not cause me any stomach issues. I do feel like it helped my energy levels while running."
"I am currently in marathon training season and this product has been the bomb in helping do the long runs through the hot summer. I would highly recommend during sports activities."
"Although I am not a long distance runner, I do play pickleball and here in the south the humidity and heat make for A LOT of sweat! The peach endurance helps the body recover much more quickly and safely!"
"One of my favorites flavors! Love the extra sodium"
"I started using the Endurance when I was hiking the 102 mile Cotswold way. I am a 57 year old woman and was a bit worried about completing my 15 miles each day. I kept the Endurance drink in my water bottle and sipped it throughout the day. I usually run out of energy by 5 miles, but I had the energy to power through to the end of each day's hike. Great product!"
"WOW. I can't believe it's made with real peaches. I love the taste."
