"I have bought several popcorn salts through Just Ingredients. I have enjoyed Parmesan, caramel, and a few others. This was my first protein infused. I really like it! It is flavorful and enhances my popcorn, while boosting my protein intake ever so slightly. I’ve never felt like homemade popcorn was a “guilty” pleasure, but I definitely feel like protein popcorn salt makes it a more intentional snack. I will say this: it isn’t as strongly flavored as the Parmesan that doesn’t have protein. I don’t know if that would be the case across the board, but just be aware. Additionally, the texture is slightly different-almost “fluffier. ” But I don’t notice the texture difference when eating-only when preparing my popcorn."
