Reviews

This tastes so good! I

"This tastes so good! I drink this every single morning. It mixes well and makes hydrating so easy! I love that it is made with real, clean ingredients and no added sugar. I also love the 3 to 1 potassium ratio because the potassium helps draw water into your cells while the sodium manages the water outside your cells for the perfect hydration balance. I feel like I can trust this brand to actually do what it says it will do."

Amazing Electrolyte Powder!!!

"Love this powder so much! It definitely needs to be well mixed whether that’s shaken or stirred pretty vigorously, but it tastes just like a raspberry iced tea which I love! The taste isn’t fake or extremely overpowering which I really appreciate! Definitely do not hesitate to buy! Super worth the cost!"

Family Favorite

"This is our families favorite flavor. We have two young kids who have learned to make this by themselves, so they can have it when they are thirsty instead of waiting for me."

— Jocelyn (5/5)

The absolute best electrolytes!

"I am normally not a huge fan of electrolyte powders, but I’ve realized it’s because of the artificial flavors used in most of them. Just Ingredients, however, tastes so fresh, and I genuinely look forward to drinking it every day! I also love that they use real fruit instead of “natural flavors. ” Moving to Arizona, this has been a game changer for keeping me hydrated!"

— Emma A. (5/5)

Yummy and Refreshing!

"This is my kids favorite flavor of electrolytes. Great taste and great ingredients!"

Q&A

What kind of citric acid do you use? Where do you obtain the citric acid from?: The citric acid is derived from fermented cassava.
I’ve been put on a liquid diet before a medical procedure. Gatorade is allowable, but of course I would prefer a healthier alternative. Would just ingredients electrolytes be considered a clear liquid that I could drink instead of Gatorade before my procedure?: Great question! Each doctors office or hospital may give slightly different prep instructions, so you should always follow your specific prep sheet.
Is the citric acid made from mold or citrus: Great question! We use citric acid derived from fermented cassava. It is kosher-certified, halal-certified, OMRI organic and Non-GMO Project Verified to meet high-quality standards.
Is there supposed to be a scoop in every bag? The 2 times I’ve ordered bags of the raspberry lemonade it hasn’t come with it’s own scoop.: I am so sorry to hear that- please reach out to our customer service for help!
Would your electrolytes break a fast while intermittent fasting?: Thank you for reaching out! For many fasting methods, JI electrolytes won’t break your fast, but it does depend on the type of fast you're following. For those that restrict calorie intake, our electrolytes contain a small number of calories, which could potentially break your fast. This is because they are flavored with real fruit. We hope this information is helpful! Please let us know if we can help with anything else!
