Microgreens are young vegetable greens harvested at their peak of nutrient density. At this stage of growth, many microgreens contain significantly higher concentrations of vitamins, minerals, antioxidants, and beneficial plant compounds than their mature vegetable counterparts. 

We spent two years developing a growing process that doesn't exist anywhere else. Our microgreens are grown in the same soil NASA uses at the space center. The facility uses high-level water filtration, controlled temperature and humidity, and circadian lighting so plants aren’t stressed. The microgreens are harvested and freeze-dried within 48 hours to lock in nutrients, then tested to meet strict quality standards.

Hydroponics is a growing method that uses water instead of soil. While common in commercial greens production, we believe soil is what makes microgreens truly nutrient-dense. Our microgreens are grown in clean soil that is rich in beneficial microbes which can support nutrient absorption in ways hydroponic systems can't replicate. Our specialized soil also helps reduce heavy metal uptake while preserving nutritional value.*

"I had to say that because everyone sold them out by the time I went back to get more and get them on a never ending subscription they were gone! For good reason! Shockingly good

"I’ve always tried green juices just for them to taste like lawn clippings. I just received my product today and I couldn’t wait to try it. Got 8 ounces of cold water used a frother to mix in the powder and filled the rest up with ice. I was a little nervous because there’s a lot of floating particles and the power alone didn’t smell very peachy. I almost held my breath when I took the first sip anticipating that lawn clipping taste. I kid you not, it tastes like juice. It’s pretty sweet but I’d rather have that than what I thought it would taste like. I’m very impressed they were able to get a “green juice” to taste like this. Now I want to try the other flavor!"
