Blend
Combine ice, water or beverage of choice, and 1 scoop of protein powder. Blend until well combined.

Shake
Add 1 scoop of protein powder with 16 oz of water in a blender bottle. Shake until dissolved. Foam is normal, let stand for 1-2 minutes for foam to subside.
