Refund Policy

We’re so grateful to have you as part of the Just Ingredients community . We truly hope you love our products as much as we do, but we understand that sometimes circumstances change and a product may no longer be the right fit for your needs.

• Returns are accepted on unopened and unused products within 30 days of purchase

• Refunds may be issued to the original form of payment or as store credit, minus applicable shipping fees

• To initiate a return, customers must contact the support team

• If Package Protection was purchased, returns may also be initiated through the Return Portal

For health and safety reasons:

• Opened products cannot be returned

• Customers are encouraged to try sample sticks before purchasing full-size products

Retail Purchases:
