2. Select the subscription you want to edit
3. Click "Skip" button in the top right corner

Your routine evolves, your subscription can too. Update your delivery date or sending frequency anytime.
1. Log in to your subscription portal
2. Select the subscription you want to edit
3. Click "More" button in the top right corner
4. Edit the frequency of your shipments
5. To pause a subscription, click "More" then "Pause"
Add or Remove Products
Whether you're experimenting, trying something new or restocking favorites, add products as a 1x purchase or to your recurring subscription.
1. Click "Edit products"
2. Scroll down to the "Add to your next order" selection
3. Select the "Add" next to the product you want to add
4. Select "Every 30 days" or "One-time purchase"
5. To remove products simply click the "Minus" button next to the desired product and confirm
Redeem Store Credit
Purchasing frequently comes with its perks! Redeem loyalty discount codes on any subscription order.
1. Log in to your subscription portal
2. Open the cashback bar and choose your amount
3. Click "Redeem" and copy your code
4. Apply the code in the "Summary" section
Swap Products Anytime
Switch it up without starting over. Easy swaps let you adjust your routine without losing your benefits or shipment date.
1. Log-in to your subscription portal
2. Select the subscription you want to edit
3. Click "Swap" next to the item you want to switch
4. Search for any product on the site to receive instead
Update My Information
Life changes happen, update your payment or shipping details in just a few clicks.
To update your shipping address:
1. Scroll to the "Shipping Information" section
2. Click "Edit"
3. Update your address
To update your payment information:
1. Scroll to the "Billing" section
2. Click "Edit"
3. Select "Add new payment method"
4. Update your card information
Cancel Anytime
You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account dashboard. No calls, no emails required.
1. Log in to your subscription portal
2. Select the subscription you want to cancel
3. Click the "More" button in the top right corner
4. Click "Done"
