Shipping policy
We offer free shipping on US orders over $125 before tax and after coupon codes. Please note that eligibility for free shipping may change once a discount code has been applied. Gift cards do not apply towards free shipping minimums.
Orders are processed within 3-4 business days. If your order was placed during a high-volume sale, processing times may be extended to 5-12 business days. You will receive an email with tracking info once your order has shipped.
We do our very best to get your order processed as quickly as possible. However, the estimated delivery date is only an estimate. Package Protection is available at checkout so your order is covered from loss, damage, or theft once it leaves our warehouse.
Shipping to Canada ranges based on the weight of your order.
Missing or Delayed Deliveries
If your order is marked as delivered but has not been received, please note that carriers may occasionally mark packages as delivered before they arrive. In some cases, delivery may occur up to five business days after the marked delivery date.
We recommend checking with neighbors, your mailbox, and any parcel lockers where the package may have been placed.
Please also verify that the shipping address entered at checkout is correct by reviewing your order confirmation email.
If your package has not arrived within five business days of the marked delivery date, please contact our support team so we can further assist. Editing Orders Post-Purchase
During periods of high sales volume, we may be unable to edit (add or remove products or change quantities) or cancel orders post-purchase. We appreciate your understanding and encourage you to review your order carefully before confirming. Thank you for your cooperation.
Discount Code Policy
- Coupon codes do not stack with other discounts and do not work on subscription orders.
- In the event that you forget to apply an awarded loyalty reward during a high-volume sale, please understand that we might not be able to retroactively apply the discount.
