Simple, delicious, and just what I needed

"I am loving this cookbook so much! So far the recipes have been really delicious. My husband is pretty picky and even he is enjoying the meals. I have been picking and choosing meals to start, because I cut out dairy while breastfeeding and some recipes don't sound like they would be worth all the dairy free substitutes. I do think there are so many great staple recipes in here and even comfort type meals. I really like the overnight oats recipe, the chicken wild rice soup is super good too, the sloppy joes, and the BBQ chicken sweet potatoes! I like how simple the recipes are, and I really appreciate the ingredient pictures showing better and best options, and some dairy free options too. It would be nice to see pictures of the meal too, but overall I love having this cookbook as a tool in my kitchen. I also appreciate the highlighted ingredient at the bottom of each page informing me of the benefits from that ingredient!"
