That tingling feeling is common with pre-workouts, and it is caused by the ingredient beta-alanine. Once you start working out it should go away! So make sure you are doing something active after taking it.

Some people love it to get them ready to workout, you don’t need it! It is a lot of caffeine, just depends on how much your body can tolerate. Some people have way more than that and some don’t have anywhere near that.

Yes, this is normal. You may find some clumps in your pre-workout, but taste and performance will not be impacted. Just crush them up or put them in water to dissolve as normal.

Most doctors recommend not having over 100mg of caffeine while pregnant. The preworkout has 150mg.

Caffeine free be taken while breastfeeding?
While all of the ingredients are safe, we recommend you check with a doctor because Ginseng is controversial.
Is the caffeine free workout have no caffeine? Is it safe to take during pregnancy? In the FAQs it stated it wasn't safe due to the caffeine?
While the caffeine free pre-workout does not contain caffeine we recommend you speak to your doctor about the other ingredients in it.
Can this be taken as an energy booster and not actually used to workout? I have severe fatigue and need something to get me going or through the day.
It is not recommended to take the preworkout as an energy boost. An amino acid in the preworkout called beta alanine stimulates nerve receptors in your skin, causing the tingling or itching sensation. Instead, try Maca Root for a more natural energy boost. You may also benefit from addressing adrenal fatigue with our Adrenal Complex.
How long before working out is it recommended to drink? Will it still be effective if I drink 2 hours before?
The ideal time for you to take your pre-workout is 30-60 minutes before your workout. Because we use maca root, which can help with natural energy, you may still see some of the positive effects of the preworkout past that point, but you may also experience some tingles from the beta alanine, which can kick in before then.
