The Just Ingredients Difference

Creatine Monohydrate from Creapure®

Not all creatine is created equal. Many products contain added ingredients or impurities that can affect potency and safety.

That’s why we use Creapure®, widely recognized as the purest form of creatine monohydrate. Testing of creatine shows Creapure® consistently has low levels of unwanted byproducts like DHT and DCD, well below the limits recommended by the European Food Safety Authority (EFSA). Generic creatine monohydrate products often exceed these levels.

More Than Just Muscle Building

Creatine isn’t just for bodybuilders and professional athletes—everyone can benefit from creatine supplementation.

Our bodies can lose creatine every day. Not replenishing it may impact various aspects of health, including brain function, muscle mass, and energy levels. While the body produces about 1 gram of creatine daily in the liver, pancreas, and kidneys, food sources like red meat contain much lower levels. Supplementation can provide an efficient way to help support creatine levels.

Creatine Monohydrate

Fulvic Acid

Creatine Monohydrate

Creatine monohydrate is considered a high-quality form of creatine due to its manufacturing process, which helps ensure purity and consistency. It supports ATP (energy) production in muscle cells, which is important for short bursts of intense activity like weightlifting or sprinting. As a result, it may help support performance, muscle growth, and recovery after exercise.

Fulvic Acid

Fulvic Acid is a compound formed during the decomposition of organic matter in soil, sediment, and water. It is rich in minerals, trace elements, and organic compounds. Rejen™ is considered to be one of the purest forms of Fulvic Acid available. It may help support nutrient absorption, potentially enhancing creatine uptake into cells and supporting other cellular processes.

FAQ's

Have more questions? Let us know!

Creatine is naturally found in the body and is essential for energy metabolism. When the body needs energy, ATP (adenosine triphosphate) is converted to ADP (adenosine diphosphate). It takes time for the body to convert ADP back into ATP using energy from food, and muscle cells can only store enough ATP for a few seconds of intense activity.

More than any other cells, muscle cells need a lot of energy, especially during activity. Creatine helps make this energy more readily available.

No, many people could benefit from creatine supplementation. But especially those who are aging, not sleeping well, and people aiming to boost their physical performance, especially during high-stress periods like intense workouts. Creatine supplementation helps support creatine levels in the body's tissues, which can promote muscle growth and physical capacity.

A charging/loading phase begins with a higher dosage then after 5-7 days reducing the dose. However, charging phase strategies are unnecessary with Creatine+.

Creatine+ is made with a highly pure, lab-tested form of creatine monohydrate, which may reduce the chance of bloating or excess water retention that some people experience with lower-quality creatine. Paired with Fulvic Acid (Rejen), which supports cellular hydration and nutrient transport, this formula offers a balanced approach to performance and recovery.

Depending on when you decide to take the creatine, you could mix it with your pre-workout, electrolytes, protein, collagen, or anything else that you want.

No, it is unflavored so it can be mixed with anything.

Yes, we use a high-quality form of creatine monohydrate from Germany.

Reviews

Good product

"Seems like a quality product with clean ingredients. I had not taken creatine before getting pregnant but I feel like I didn't have horrible pregnancy brain. Continuing to take it postpartum as well and seems like it is helping with mom brain. The only thing would be to have available in a larger package since my husband takes it for working out as well."

Creatine for women

"With all the hypes on Instagram about taking at least 5g of creatine daily for brain health and post workout . I do find it v useful and definitely feeling sharper and building muscle too . Definitely a must after my exercises daily ."

Evelyn G. (5/5)

Good coffee mixer

"Satisfied with this flavorless option. I use it in my coffee daily and it dissolves fairly well, just not as good as others I’ve used. Leaves a slight residue in the bottom of my cup, but if I swirl my coffee as I get towards the bottom it mixes right in. A lot of packaging for a small amount of powder."

Emily M. (4/5)

Love this creatine

"This creatine is great! It mixes super well in any liquid and I love mixing it with my protein after a workout. It seems to work well for my energy and is helping me reach my fitness goals as well"

Anne K. (5/5)

Dr. Stacy approved

"Women need creatine. But not all creatine is made equally. I've done my research and this is top quality, recommended by female experts. It's what I am sticking with! I mix a scoop post workout with a shallow glass of water. Results - high energy and lifting gains. Give your body a boost and try it!!"

Ashley C. (5/5)

Great product

"5 stars for this one. Although it’s a little grittier than your typical creatine-that’s because it’s madd with creapure. It still dissolves, just takes a little more effort. I prefer mine mixed with my electrolytes. I personally have not experience any bloat or negative side effects. Will be repurchasing. I don’t love the bag, but it’s not a big deal. I have glass containers that i immediately transfer to. Also nice that it’s a grainier powder because Jase it’s less messy than traditional creatine monohydrate that’s very fine in texture."

Makenzie S. (5/5)

Great Creatine

"The only thing that would make this product better is if they offered a combination with electrolytes. Based on recent studies, the combination of electrolytes and creatine has shown to improve absorption of creatine while also improving hydration. Texture is great and blends easily into water. I currently add to my electrolytes and have no issues with mixing. Great product!"

Erin R. (5/5)

Great Product

"It's definitely a clean and pure product. The ingredients show that as well as the taste. I've been taking it for about 3 weeks now and I can tell the difference in my workouts that consist of lifting, running, swimming, and punching a bag. I can as well see the results. I definitely recommend."

Bryan F. (5/5)

Solid Product, Packaging could use an upgrade

"Excellent pure creatine. You get what you pay for. Only thing I dislike is the packaging. Very difficult to scoop product out of the bag when it runs low. A tub would be much more optimal."

Grum (4/5)

amazing product! iffy packaging

"I love this creatine, it gives me great energy which I so need as a nursing mama! My only complaint is the packaging. It really stinks when you get down to the last few scoops and can barely get them with the way the bottom of the bag creases. But it definitely has helped my brain-fog, I noticed a huge difference which is huge with my Hashimoto's. I usually feel like I am walking through mental soup but this clears it up! And I've had a huge strength boost in my workouts which has also been great dealing with postpartum blues and wanting to get back into the gym and feel like my old self again."
