Yes. Our electrolytes contain the ideal 3:1 potassium to sodium ratio - to keep you hydrated without going overboard on the sodium, making them great to drink multiple times a day.

We don't used any artificial flavors, colors, or preservatives. Made with all real fruit, our electrolytes fuel your body with high quality ingredients.

While high-sodium electrolytes can be beneficial for high-performing athletes or those working in the sun all day, high levels of sodium are unnecessary for most people.

Because we use real juice powder to flavor our drink mixes, we include a small amount of starch powder to convert the juices into powder form and prevent clumping in the packaging. Unlike many companies that use the general term 'Natural Flavors' to label their fruit flavorings without disclosing specific ingredients, we are transparent about our formulation. It's worth noting that part of these natural flavorings also includes a starch component. Most companies rely on fruit powders that contain corn maltodextrin as their starch, which is derived from a genetically modified (GMO) crop. We took the extra step to source custom-made fruit powders from an ingredient manufacturer that uses rice starch or tapioca starch from the cassava root as a better choice alternative.

"Yes! I love the format for going places! I love the flavor! I do not like that it doesn't desolve as easily as the other flavors. It seems to need some sort of natural emusifier added to the existing formula. I prefer to "just" spoon, pour & mix the powder in water. Maybe, adding: Sunflower lecithin, Acacia fiber or Non-GMO Xanthan gum would enhance it's usability? Also, I would love to be able to chose from more flavors containing no citrus as my senior-age's digestive system struggles with the extra acidity. Quality electrolytes are truly a lifesaver for my aging metabolism & I would love to use more varieties that would fit my needs, if available. Thank you for this opportunity to voice my oppinion and thank you for your consideration. I love your products!!!"

"The fruit flavor prooves the product is all natural. Like biting into the fruits themselves. While ising the whole stevia leaf lessens the bitter aftertaste, it's still present. The biggest miss is in using the powder. The packets can be hard to open, leavibg a mess. The powder itself heavily clumps even in warm water."

I need to get a electrolytes but all of them have either asaptame which make my mirgraine headaches worse,.does yours have that in it I need 100 natural and I cant find anything

They're made with 100% natural ingredients and are sweetened with organic stevia, Monk fruit and real fruit powders for flavor. Many of our customers with sensitivities, including migraines triggered by artificial additives, have shared that they do well with our formula. Of course, everyone is different, so we always recommend starting with a small amount to see how your body responds.
Do any of the electrolyte flavors have any dairy or come into contact with dairy?
Thanks so much for reaching out! We understand your concern, and we're happy to clarify. While our equipment is thoroughly cleaned and sanitized between production runs, products containing dairy are processed in the same facility. This means that, whether or not the run contains dairy, cross-contact could still be a possibility. That said, if you have a severe allergy, we recommend avoiding the product, dairy can be considered an air contaminants. Unfortunately, we can’t fully guarantee that the product is entirely free from dairy unless it's made in a dedicated facility, which is something we are actively working on for the future.
What type of sodium is in this? I’ve been using Celtic Sea Salt for all my minerals and it is my salt of choice.
Great question! Our Electrolytes are sourced from mineral salts. These mineral salts are sourced from a cave directly next to where Redmond Salt is sourced. While additional information on this source is proprietary, the salt we use has all the same benefits as Redmond Salt.
Can you drink the electrolyte drinks while pregnant?

Many of our ingredients are commonly found in prenatal vitamins or are made from real food sources. For instance, our Electrolytes are made with real food ingredients and nothing artificial. Plus, it’s so important for pregnant women to stay hydrated throughout their pregnancies. However, your doctor can offer specific guidance based on your health needs.
