"I have used this HA for a few years and usually love it but the last couple times I've received my subscription order the consistency was different than it used to be. When I first started using it had the consistency of a thin gel and applied nicely. The last couple times the consistency is like straight water and very hard to apply, to the point I don't bother most days because it just runs through my fingers before I can get it to my face. Disappointing."

"I've ordered the hyaluronic acid face serum a number of times and unfortunately, there seems to be an issue with consistency/quality control. Sometimes it is the consistency of a runny gel - you can pump it and it stays on your fingers. But twice now, I have gotten a batch that is the consistency of water. It runs through your fingers and is really hard to apply. I have no idea if this affects the efficacy of the product but it does affect the application quite a bit. Also, shipping times are quite long. My last order took almost three weeks to arrive. I love the mission and idea behind Just Ingredients but I'm not sure I'll order again after this last time."
