The Just Ingredients Difference

3-In-1 Pre, Pro, & Postbiotic Complex

Prebiotics: Food for the good microorganisms. Non-digestible fibers and compounds found in certain foods that provide nourishment for beneficial gut bacteria, helping them thrive and promote a healthy gut microbiome.

Probiotics: Live beneficial microorganisms, often referred to as "good bacteria," that grow in the gut tract. When consumed in adequate amounts, they can have positive effects on the balance of the gut microbiota and overall digestive health.

Postbiotics: Nutrient byproducts of prebiotic and probiotic bacteria fermentation that offer health benefits. These compounds include short-chain fatty acids, peptides, and other molecules that can influence the gut environment and support well-being.

We carefully selected ingredients for a better choice probiotic complex. See why we included some of these key ingredients:

Inulin

Probiotic Blend

Organic Kombucha Powder

Inulin

A naturally occurring source of prebiotic fiber. The inulin we use is derived from chicory root and agave leaf and stem. This fiber acts as food for the probiotics.*

Probiotic Blend

Our blend contains five different strains of probiotics, adding up to 5 billion CFUs (Colony-Forming Units- the amount of live and active microorganisms). We use spore probiotics which have a protective outer shell, allowing them to survive stomach acid, and reach the lower gastrointestinal tract where they can colonize and thrive.*

Organic Kombucha Powder

Kombucha is generally naturally rich in probiotics. As it ferments, these probiotics release postbiotics that remain in the kombucha. This kombucha has been freeze-dried in order to keep these good benefits intact.*

You can heat the water and then add the powder in, but it should be consumed within 30 minutes of mixing.

Nope! Think about it this way. If we needed to refrigerate our probiotic, then it would never survive the journey through the digestive tract! We use spore probiotics that make it to the colon.

This can happen if your body is not getting enough fiber each day. We recommend taking one serving every other day to allow your body to adjust and gradually build up to one serving per day. If the bloating or bathroom urges are moderate to severe, we recommend discontinuing use and consulting with your doctor to determine if there are bacterial issues in the gut like SIBO.

Yes! Gut health is so important for our kids. We recommend that this be given to children 4 years and older.

Because it contains kombucha, we recommend checking with your doctor if you are pregnant! It is breastfeeding safe.

6 months. There are no preservatives so it is best if it is stored in a climate controlled house. There is no need to refrigerate the probiotic complex.

A probiotic pill stays in its capsule until it reaches the digestive tract. Powders like our drink powder start populating in your mouth and throat as soon as you take them!

There are 5 billion CFU

  • We use spore probiotics which come from the soil. This is a spore probiotic so it makes it all the way through the digestive tract. It is coated so it stays protected as it travels through, then when it reaches the gut, it is the correct pH for it to settle and effectively populate the gut.
  • This is better than a human-strain probiotic which won’t survive stomach acid and needs to be refrigerated

Reviews

Probiotic drink mix

"I was nervous about this flavor because of the ginger, but it is very subtle for me and compliments the lemon really well. Now I look forward to having this drink every day! It has helped tremendously with my gut health. Significantly less bloating days."

Samantha T. (5/5)

Our favorite probiotic

"Our whole family loves this as an easy and hydrating way to get probiotics in. My kids - toddlers and teens - like the flavor and since I have a few who don’t swallow pills, this liquid option is so nice to have. I personally notice a difference in bloating and post-meal belly pain when I have these regularly."

Larita G. (5/5)

Tastes great when chilled

"This has become a regular for my husband and I. We add it to our water bottle, which mixes pretty well, then we add ice. Once chilled, it tastes like a light, healthy lemondae."

Martha C. (5/5)

Delicious and Healthy

"I love both probiotic flavors, but the Lemon Ginger is my favorite. I drink the Elderberry Lemonade in the winter to additionally support my immune system, but my flavor of choice is the Lemon Ginger."

Lang (5/5)

Mix well and it tastes great

"I love this pre and probiotic but it needs a good glass of water to mix. I end up adding a little warm water first then filling up the glass. I don’t think it’s too potent with the ginger, I actually like it."

Anne S. (5/5)

Probiotic Complex

"I love this product but I give the Elderberry version an extra star. Both awesome products that really help my tummy."

Sara S. (5/5)

Great Flavor

"I’ve been really enjoying the Just Ingredients Lemon Ginger 3-In-1 Probiotic Complex. The taste is honestly one of the best parts. It’s light, refreshing, and has a nice balance of citrusy lemon with a subtle ginger kick. It doesn’t feel overly sweet or artificial, which makes it easy to drink consistently. Beyond the flavor, I’ve noticed it’s been helpful for digestion. It feels gentle on the stomach, and I appreciate having a simple way to support gut health as part of my daily routine. Overall, this is a great option if you’re looking for a probiotic that actually tastes good and is easy to stick with. I’ll definitely keep using it."

Jennifer M. (5/5)

Just what the tummy ordered

"Love this probiotic ! It is delicious as a tea with hot water - soothing and easy on the tummy. I will sip this during work or after a meal out. The single serve sachets are great for travel as well. Have bought a few times and will continue !"

Powers (5/5)

Better Gut

"I take these in the morning after my creatine in just water and it was great! I could definitely feel it doing its work and I feel much lighter. It clumped a lot in the water but it eventually dissolved."

Alayna B. (4/5)

Helps My Gut

"Been using daily for the last 3 months and has been helping my gut. It is a little on the sweet side for me. But it works!"

Q&A

Can this product be taken while pregnant?
Great question! Because it contains kombucha, we recommend checking with your doctor if you are pregnant!
Can you take this with another daily probiotic?
Thanks for your question! Yes, you can take the Lemon Ginger 3-In-1 Probiotic Complex along with another daily probiotic. Just be sure to monitor how your body responds, and if you have any concerns, it’s always a good idea to check with your healthcare provider.
Can the Lemon Ginger be used along with the probiotic complex?
Thank you for reaching out and asking about our new Probiotic Capsules! This is a great question, and we've outlined the differences below. Probiotic Complex Probiotics: Bacillus clausii SC 109 Bacillus subtilis HU58 Bacillus coagulans SC208 Bacillus megaterium Bacillus licheniformis Prebiotics: Inulin Postbiotics: Postbiotics found in Organic Kombucha Powder Probiotic Capsules Probiotics: Bacillus subtilis (HU58™) Bacillus coagulans (Vegan Medium) 150B Lactobacillus acidophilus Lactobacillus plantarum Lactobacillus rhamnosus Prebiotics: Pomella® Pomegranate (Punica granatum) (Fruit) Extract Postbiotics: Tributyrin (as CoreBiome®) The Probiotic Complex plays more of an offensive role, promoting digestion and balancing gut bacteria. It can support nutrient absorption, strengthen immunity, and reduce inflammation, enhancing overall gut function and health. The Probiotic Complex Capsules take a more defensive role, protecting the gut. It can reduce inflammation and support beneficial bacteria, which may help with bloating, SIBO (small intestinal bacterial overgrowth), leaky gut, IBS (irritable bowel syndrome), and gut inflammation. They can be taken together or alone. It’s totally up to you and which you think would benefit you the most (we always recommend talking with your doctor before taking a new supplement).
Can you use warm or hot water for this or will the denature the probiotics and health benefits?
We recommend using cold or room temperature water. You can use slightly warmed water, but boiling water can cause harm to the probiotics.
Is this product gluten free?
Yes! Our probiotics are certified gluten free.
