MTC Oil is used as a defoaming agent to reduce foam and improve texture. While defoaming agents don't have to be listed on labels, we disclose every ingredients. We chose MCT oil because it's a better alternative to the inflammatory oils typically used for defoaming
Our Clear Protein Powder is made using whey protein isolate that’s been carefully filtered to remove most non-protein components. This extra filtration step is what gives the final product its clear appearance, instead of the creamy texture you might expect from our traditional protein powder. It’s a great option if you're looking for something lighter, fruity, and easy to sip on throughout the day.
The frothiness comes from our ultra-filtered protein formulation, which creates a light, airy consistency when shaken. This is normal and common with clear whey isolates. To help reduce the foam, we use a small amount of MCT oil instead of more heavily processed anti-foaming agents found in other products. While it does help, some froth is still unavoidable. Letting your drink sit for a minute after mixing will help the foam settle.

"I ordered the orange creamsicle thinking it would be similar to the Lemon Swish, which is my all time favorite protein of all time and unfortunately out of stock for a while now. It is definitely not the same. Incredibly sweet and artificial tasting. Would not recommend. Please bring back Lemon Swish!"

The orange flavor is actually really good, but the smell and the taste of the actually protein was so foul and overpowering. Almost colostrum-like. I like my other JI products but this one is a miss. I took one swig and could not stomach it. I wish there was a better return policy since I bought an entire bag. Makes me a little hesitant to purchase more. I do love the creatine and the electrolytes however. I want to keep supporting this brand, so making sure I leave some positives. Additionally the mix was hard on this. All clear protein is difficult to mix-I’m used to that. But this one never fully mixed. Chunky bits stay floating on top."
