The protein comes from 4-5 sources: grass fed whey, pea protein, pumpkin seed, chia seeds and collagen. We did this for a diversified amino acid profile and because these high-quality sources and support digestion.
Our grass-fed whey comes from cows raised on pasture year-round on regenerative farms in New Zealand and Ireland. We source from these regions and do not mix with other whey sources, choosing them for their high farming standards and consistent milk quality.
There are 4-5 sources of protein dependent on if the protein uses a vanilla base. Those protein sources are: chia seed protein, pumpkin seed protein, pea protein, collagen, and whey protein.
A lot of proteins use whey as the only protein source and it tends to upset peoples digestion. That’s why we used 4-5 different proteins. We also use non-denatured whey which is low lactose, so many people who are sensitive to other protein powders have reported that they are able to enjoy the Just Ingredients Protein Powder!
We use stevia leaf crushed up from a wholesale company that provides to manufactures only.
2 years but it also freezes well. There are no preservatives so it is best if it is stored in the house rather than a hot garage.

"This is good. I was just expecting more like a matcha latte. It’s not my favorite. I have to make sure to drink this in the AM or afternoon cause if you have it in the PM it has caffeine in it and can keep you up. I like mint but just not in matcha. I do like the idea of having protein in my matcha though."

"This is the tastiest protein powder I have ever had. We also live the strawberries and cream flavor. The ingredients are clean, which is a must, and the quantity is great for a bag of powder. My only qualm is I’m not a fan of pea protein and more chia seeds than I need. That said, I my husband I still drink half a scoop everyday. We mix it with beef organ powder, matcha, and functional mushroom powder. The Matcha Mint makes it taste so good, I look forward to it every morning!"
