Because we use real juice powder to flavor our drink mixes, we include a small amount of starch powder to convert the juices into powder form and prevent clumping in the packaging. Unlike many companies that use the general term 'Natural Flavors' to label their fruit flavorings without disclosing specific ingredients, we are transparent about our formulation. It's worth noting that part of these natural flavorings also includes a starch component. Some companies rely on fruit powders that contain corn maltodextrin as their starch, which is derived from a genetically modified (GMO) crop. We took the extra step to source custom-made fruit powders from an ingredient manufacturer that uses rice starch or tapioca starch from the cassava root as a better choice alternative.
2 years unopened. Because there are no preservatives, it is best stored in the house rather than a hot garage. We recommend consuming the electrolytes within a few months of opening.

"I’ve been ordering your electrolytes for quite some time, and I have to say I’m very disappointed with my most recent order. I decided to try some of the newer flavors—Rocket Berry, Sweet Strawberry, and Watermelon Lime—and was surprised to find that they contain significantly less product than the other flavors, despite being sold at essentially the same price. In fact, the Sweet Strawberry flavor was $10 more expensive. While I now see that the packaging lists fewer ounces, that wasn’t obvious when ordering. I didn’t realize the difference until the products arrived and I could immediately tell there was much less in each container. The actual weight of the electrolyte powder is not clearly displayed, and customers have to zoom in on product images to find that information. As a longtime customer, this feels misleading and disappointing. I would appreciate more transparency regarding product quantities so customers can make informed purchasing decisions."

"I haven’t tried the Rocket Berry yet but I noticed the bag is significantly smaller than my raspberry lemonade (12. 4 v 7. 4). Same number of servings listed on both bags. Scoop is smaller in the Rocket Berry ( bags sold at the same price). I was shocked that the contents of the Rocket Berry only filled about 1/3 of the bag. I’m not sure I would have purchased if I realized I was getting less product for the same price as raspberry lemonade. I do like your electrolytes but maybe add a better explanation on the website about the discrepancy in the amount of product in certain bags. I thought all electrolyte bags were sold at the same weight."

I was thinking how are they going to do that without adding some sketchy “organic natural flavor” “natural flavor” junk that isn’t natural at all. it’s mind blowingly good! it’s one of my favorites now and I will continue to buy again and again.
