Are the capsules able to be taken apart to place the supplement ingredients in food and/or beverage to consume? I'm not able to consume whole capsules.

Under directions it says to take 2. When you scroll down to the “when should I take the complex it says to take 1 in the morning. Is it recommended to take 2 or 1?
