Yes! It is meant to be used in place of a traditional toothpaste.
Yes, our tooth powders are safe for children! We recommend either the Kids Tooth Powder (citrus) or the Remineralizing Tooth Powder (mint). Both versions are safe for kids and can be swallowed, we just know that littles don’t always love minty toothpaste so we made a citrus version for them.
If your child is over two years of age and able to spit out their regular toothpaste, then the Whitening Remineralizing Tooth Powder (mint) is safe for them to use.
A jar of tooth powder can last a single person 2 months with twice-daily brushing.
That’s up to you! It’s very similar to sharing a tube of toothpaste as your wet toothbrush picks up what it touches. But if you prefer not to share, get each person their own jar!
Alternatively, you can use a UV toothbrush sanitizer before dipping your toothbrush in the jar to reduce the spread of bacteria.

I didn't like anything about it (mostly the flavor and the charcoal made it go darker once it hit my mouth saliva and when I spit in the sink, it temporarily stained the sink ceramic. Easily washed away, but I still dislike that!) I ended up giving it to my husband since he uses charcoal toothpaste. I will go back to the citrus which works because my three year old also uses it.
