Bryce’s Banana Bread Recipe

Ingredients

1 stick butter, softened½ cup brown coconut sugar4 ripe bananas (set aside 1 for topping)2 eggs1 tsp vanilla extract1 cup Kamut flour½ cup Bryce’s Banana Bread ProteinPinch of salt½ tsp baking sodaHandful of chocolate chips (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F and grease a bread pan. 
  2. Mash bananas and mix with wet ingredients. 
  3. In a separate bowl, mix dry ingredients, then combine with wet until just combined. 
  4. Stir in chocolate chips (optional) and pour into the pan. 
  5. Slice one banana lengthwise and place on top, gently pressing in. 
  6. Bake 50–60 minutes then let cool before removing from pan.

Bryce's Date Caramel Cold Brew Recipe

Ingredients

1/2 cup - water4 - pitted dates4 tbs - coconut cream1/2 tsp - vanilla extractpinch of salt6 oz - cold brew coffee1 scoop Date Caramel Latte Protein4 oz + 3 tbs - milk of choiceIce

Instructions

  1. Add water to a pan and boil.
  2. Remove from heat and add dates. Soak for 5 minutes. Drain water.
  3. In a food processor, blend the softened dates with 3 T coconut cream, vanilla, and salt until smooth.
  4. Coat the inside of a glass with half the date mixture.
  5. Blend the remaining half with 1 T coconut cream and 3 T milk until smooth.
  6. In a separate cup, mix 4 oz milk with protein powder.
  7. Fill the coated glass with ice, and pour the cold brew and protein mixture on top.
  8. Top with the foam. Enjoy!
