Bryce’s Banana Bread Recipe
Ingredients
1 stick butter, softened½ cup brown coconut sugar4 ripe bananas (set aside 1 for topping)2 eggs1 tsp vanilla extract1 cup Kamut flour½ cup Bryce’s Banana Bread ProteinPinch of salt½ tsp baking sodaHandful of chocolate chips (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F and grease a bread pan.
- Mash bananas and mix with wet ingredients.
- In a separate bowl, mix dry ingredients, then combine with wet until just combined.
- Stir in chocolate chips (optional) and pour into the pan.
- Slice one banana lengthwise and place on top, gently pressing in.
- Bake 50–60 minutes then let cool before removing from pan.

Bryce's Date Caramel Cold Brew Recipe
Ingredients
1/2 cup - water4 - pitted dates4 tbs - coconut cream1/2 tsp - vanilla extractpinch of salt6 oz - cold brew coffee1 scoop Date Caramel Latte Protein4 oz + 3 tbs - milk of choiceIce
Instructions
- Add water to a pan and boil.
- Remove from heat and add dates. Soak for 5 minutes. Drain water.
- In a food processor, blend the softened dates with 3 T coconut cream, vanilla, and salt until smooth.
- Coat the inside of a glass with half the date mixture.
- Blend the remaining half with 1 T coconut cream and 3 T milk until smooth.
- In a separate cup, mix 4 oz milk with protein powder.
- Fill the coated glass with ice, and pour the cold brew and protein mixture on top.
- Top with the foam. Enjoy!
